Every view type
The eight ways to look at a Collection — Table, Board, Gallery, Mosaic, Books, Feed, List and Calendar — with a picture of each and when to use it.
A view is a way to look at the entries of a Collection. The entries stay the same — only the layout changes. Your tasks can be a table today and a Kanban board tomorrow.
A Collection can have many views. Each one keeps its own filters, sort and design.
All views at a glance
- TableA spreadsheet. One row per entry, one column per property.
- BoardCards in columns, like a Kanban board. Drag to change a value.
- GalleryA neat grid of picture cards.
- MosaicA flowing wall of pictures in their own shapes.
- BooksA bookshelf. Every entry is a cover.
- FeedYour entries as full cards, newest first.
- ListCompact rows you can scan and tick off.
- CalendarEntries on the days they happen.
Switch, add and manage views
The view bar sits at the top of every Collection.
- Click a view to switch to it.
- + adds a new view. Pick a type from the menu.
- Click the view you are on to open its menu: Rename, Duplicate, View settings, Property visibility, Move left, Move right and Delete.
- Double-click a view to rename it. Drag it to change the order.

The app remembers the last view you used on each Collection, on this device. The view is also in the page link, so you can bookmark it or share it.
Filter, sort and settings
Every view has the same tools at the right of the view bar:
- Filter — show only some entries, like Status is not Done.
- Sort — choose the order, like Due date, earliest first.
- Edit view — opens the View settings side panel with everything else. Layout changes the view's type. Properties picks which properties show. Group, View style and the card style set the look. Open entries picks Side peek, Center peek or Full page.
- New — add an entry right into this view.
Filters and sorts belong to the view, so two views of one Collection can show different things. More detail in Views in depth.
Table
A spreadsheet. One row per entry and one column per property. Click any cell to edit it. Every Collection starts with a Table, and you can't delete that one.
Use it when you want to see and change a lot of data fast.

Board
Cards in columns, like a Kanban board. The columns come from one property — usually a Tags property like Status. Drag a card to another column and its value changes to match.
- Add a card straight into a column with + New at the bottom, or + at the top.
- Add a new column with New group.
- Collapse or hide columns you don't need.
- You can also group by a Checkbox, a Date & time or a Relation.
Use it when things move through stages: tasks, job applications, a reading list.

Gallery
A neat grid of cards with a picture on top. The picture comes from a Picture property, or from a URL like a YouTube link. Set how many columns in View style. Turn off Show title for a wall of pictures.
Use it when the picture matters: saved articles, recipes, places, outfits.

Mosaic
A flowing wall of pictures, like Pinterest. Each card keeps the true shape of its picture — tall pictures make tall cards.
Use it when you want your photos to shine: meals, trips, progress pictures.

Books
A bookshelf. Each entry becomes a book with its picture as the front cover.
Use it when you track books, comics, albums or films.

Feed
Your entries as full cards, newest first, with a label for each day, like Today and Yesterday. It looks like your Log, but only for this Collection.
Use it when you want to read back through time: a journal, sleep, workouts.

List
Compact rows you can scan and tick off. Each row has its own small design, so you can put a tick box and a tag right on the row. Click a row's › arrow to open it in place. Drag rows to reorder them when the list has no sort. A List can be grouped too.
Use it when you want a clean to-do or habit list.

Calendar
Your entries on the days they happen, on the same grid as the main Calendar. Click an empty slot to add an entry there. Drag a block to move it.
Entries are placed by a Date & time property with Show on calendar turned on, or by the sessions of a Stopwatch or Timer. Turn on Show all entries as dots in View settings → Calendar to also see every other entry as a small icon on its day. Choose Show on calendar in the view's menu to add it to the main Calendar page.
Use it when dates matter: due dates, events, plans.

Design the cards
In Board, Gallery, Mosaic, Books, Feed, List and Calendar, each entry is a card. You choose what the card shows and how it looks — which properties, their size and their place. Open View settings and pick the card style row, like Board card style or List row style. Or see Customizing the card.
