Sign out and delete

Sign out from the sidebar. Account deletion is currently a manual request.

Sign out

The sign-out button lives at the bottom of the main sidebar, under your profile pill. Tap it and your session ends — you're sent back to the landing page.

Your data stays exactly where it was. Sign in again any time to pick up.

Multiple devices

Signing in on a phone or another browser doesn't sign you out elsewhere — your sessions are independent. Sign out from each device individually when you want to.

Deleting your account

Right now, account deletion is a manual request. Email trackguilds@gmail.com (or DM the founder if you have direct contact) and we'll wipe your account and all associated data within a few business days.

Self-serve deletion lands alongside the Sharing feature in v2 — it needs the same cleanup machinery for sharing-revocation, so the two ship together.

Exporting your data

You can take a copy of everything you've logged at any time, from Settings → Data & sync:

  • In a browser, choose Download my data (.zip). You get a text file for every entry plus a spreadsheet for every collection, built on your own device.
  • In the desktop app, pick a data folder and Kaizendex keeps that same set of files on your computer permanently, and adds a database file you can back up.

We strongly recommend taking a copy before deleting your account — deletion is irreversible, and there is nothing to restore from afterwards.
