Collections

A Collection is the shape of one kind of thing you track — defined once, reused forever.

Every account comes with a built-in Page — a clean, blocks-based note you can fill with anything. Type "/page" inside any note to create a page within a page, just like Notion, and follow the trail at the top to see where you are.

Write without leaving the keyboard. Type a few characters at the start of a line to turn it into a heading, list, to-do, toggle, quote, and more — plus the slash menu, links, and formatting. The same Notion-style shortcuts you already know.

Put blocks side by side. Type "/2 columns" or "/3 columns", or drag any block to the left or right edge of another one. Drag the gutter between columns to resize them, and everything you can normally write works inside a column.

Paste a link into a note and choose what it becomes — a tidy clickable link, a rich bookmark card, or an embed. X posts, YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, Google Maps and more render right inside your note, just like in Notion.

Design a Collection in the builder — name, icon, color, Properties, defaults.

Properties are what a Collection tracks — every Entry of the Collection carries one value per Property. From a plain number to a live stopwatch to coloured tags to a full block editor Page. Every Collection also has a built-in Title — the headline on each Entry's card.

Pre-fill new entries automatically — with fixed values, or with expressions like today's date that compute themselves every time you log.

One Habits Collection with a preset per habit — plus streak calendars, counting habits, medicines, and a daily entry that appears on its own.

Give a Collection its own how-to page — with embedded videos — and read it from any card, or from an exercise inside a workout.

Write standing guidance the AI assistant follows automatically whenever it touches this Collection's entries — in chat and in scheduled runs.

Control how a Collection's cards look — one per place entries are drawn (feed, list rows, board cards, calendar events, gallery tiles), plus a card of its own for any preset. Property order, width, labels, icons, fonts, colors, stat rows, photo sizes, phone vs desktop layouts and value-based rules, with a live preview, without changing the data you track.

Edit entries inline, add rows, add columns, and rearrange — all from the Collection detail page.

Look at a Collection's entries as a table, a Kanban board, a photo-card gallery, a Pinterest-style mosaic, a shelf of book covers, a chronological feed, a compact list of rows, or a calendar — and switch between them.

One place that gathers entries from many Collections — your log, a daily to-do, or any feed you can describe.

Tick "Done" and watch the Stage flip to done by itself. An automation is a small rule you (or your AI) write once, and your Collection follows it from then on.

A Property kind that lets one Entry hold a list of other Entries — a dish made of ingredients, a recipe of steps, a meal of foods. The ingredients vary every time, and each one is a real Entry that rolls up on its own.

A Formula Property computes a value from your other fields — a BMI from height and weight, a countdown from two dates, a label from a number. Read-only, and it updates itself the instant a field it uses changes.
